i'm a little confused as to the situation.
you are saying that you only have £79.50 for debt repayment but produce an SOA showing £330.
Now 330 is clearly unreralistic so why not produce a real SOA showing what you need to live on as your current one is not sustainable over the period that you need to repay the debts.
You mention an OH but why is their financial impact on your situation?
You have equity in your house, is selling an option
with 29k of debt, your current repayment plan will take about 15 years... after you redo the SOA maybe bankruptcy should be considered an option too.
My situation is VERY confusing to say the least!
With the SOA I did here, there was no place to put the HP payment for the car, so had to show it as a debt, whereas with the debtline one it features in the outgoings section, so my debts are the credit cards, as my understanding of the HP payment is that I cant negotiate it in anyway??
Their is no equity in the flat, as it was purchased on a 75/25 scheme from the builder, so we currently have a 2nd charge on the flat for 40000, so in actual fact the flat is in negative equity, the 2nd charge from the builder tho is interest free and not due back for another 7 years so is the least of my worries really...
OH is a strange situation, touch and go as to whether we stay together at the mo, but he is self employed and currently has no work so I pay all the bills etc with the flat...
When i did stuff on CCCS website, it said to go down the pro-rata route which is what I have done so far
Am sure this post just makes it as clear as mud!!!0
