chestnut mushrooms

did a search but nothing useful came up.

Got 2 x 250g of chestnut mushrooms for 20p mark down (todays date best before) at mini tesco on way home tonight.
Whilst I will use some of them in a risotto/quiche/stir fry how do I store the rest? No way I will be able to use them all up over the next few days.

Do I dry them in the oven or do they freeze or is there a dish that needs 500g of mushrooms:rotfl:

I cant remember the exact recipe but..

1 or 2 tsp of oil
1 tbsp of flour
Mushrooms (!)
Stock
Milk

then blitz!
