What a surprise - the two denim jackets I ordered for my twin daughters (Down to £9 from £20) are out of stock - got an email to let me know 8 hours after placing the order!!!!

Thanks for that! Got a health grill reduced from £39 to £15. Per Una fans may be interested to know that their sale starts next Thursday (according to one of the assistants).

no need to red marker sale items anymore as M&S have introduced new return policy, you need to keep receipt, otherwise you only get last selling price on any merchandise, and only valid to return 90 days after purchase! Just got me some fully lined wider width to the floor curtains for £49 instead of £109!!! now i just need to redecorate my bedroom!!!!

Yes I found that out last week. Took an item back that was getting on (kept forgetting to return it!) and the young girl was chatting to me and told me to make sure I kept any receipts because otherwise I couldn't be guaranteed getting the right money back due to the way the system is now operated. So be warned! :)

Anyone spotted a hidden bargain in the sale? Nothing much has been added since it started or reduced even further ...not much in the home dept either

The pictures when you type in "sale" to the search button do not have the correct prices on. When you click to go into that item it then gives you the further reduced price. So if you see something you fancy click on the picture and it will be even further reduced! I think that is why at the moment there seems to be plenty of sizes available, it is not obvious that there are further reductions to be had! Happy shopping.
