That's a shame Richard, but it took me till my 3rd or 4th really serious attempt before I managed to give up for good (I hope).

That was my first really serious attempt, and it was a combination of drink and work associated sh1te that spoilt that attempt. I know what to expect this time, and with no drink around and some time off work, I'm sure I can kick it for good.0 -
