What is the CCJ for? If it is a credit card be sure you fill in the Acknowledgment as that will give you a further 14 days to decide what to do. If you don't fill it in I think the CCJ automatically goes through.So_Sad_Angel wrote: »

No, not recently, but not been around as much as normal. Thanks...I shall take time to read it....it was a loan but I have been paying a nominal sum in the DMP but they are the only ones to take it this far. 0 -

Oddly enough its Northern Rock !!! they are the ones that won`t take the repo to court!!! yet they are taking a small loan to CCJ even when I`m paying a monthly sum...need to get my head in gear !! 0 -

I always do everything on the last day. Even when I have to have court papers in - fortunately my local court isn't that far away and I always hand deliver the papers.
