    Hey Phil

Hope it all works out for you, it'll be 2 years for me at the end of the month and can understand and empathise with much of what you've said.

    Love and hugs xx

Yeah but there's obviously something very strong there if you keep going back. Sometimes life just gets in the way

Hi all, have you missed me? :)

Im celabrating, and half way through a bottle of bourben

for those that have managed to keep up (not an easy task i know with me at the best of times:o :p ) as you know we (me and OH) had to go to court to defend a CCJ in Feb, which we won, only to have that judgement set aside two weeks later as the claiment spit there dummy cos they lost and made up some excuse why the judgement was wrong.

Well to cut a long story short we got a letter in responce to me questioning that discision, or more to the point the reasoning behind having to re-do the hearing, and the judge agreed there was no justification for it.

So the new order has been revoked, the new hearing has been scrapped, and the origanell judgement from febuary is to stand

so we have won, again? sort of i think:confused: lets hope thats the end of it this time (although the sceptic in me is not sure it will be)

    Hey bro, well done :j :j :j

So pleased for you both. I trust this still stands? It's all you truly and utterly deserve even if simply for standing up to the b*stards!!

Hope you are both well xxx
