    Good for you. I am going to have a real drink at 8pm. No matter what I never drink before 8pm I used to drink all day and every day but now have that part of me under control. It is something I stick to I don't want to go back there again. I still drink but in moderation, but the temtation to go mad is never far away

    I am off down the pub for a change so will probably not be back for a while:beer:

    Hmm I know the feeling well......now? i'm in control & the fact tablets I take are sooooo strong the occasional glass of malt with dad is the only thing I have!
