Me either Merry - I don't have a plasma screen and for all the debt I had I now kind of wish I had gone on a spree - at least I'd have something to show for it except for more grey hairs.

I had a plasma screen......for two days.........it went faulty...........it went back................had a VERY cheap set from asda since then, works perfectly


Plasma screens are not what there cracked up to be:rotfl:

I read some of these posts and think "remember, they're not talking about you" but it's so hard. When they start calling people SCUM and judging whether or not your reason is 'acceptable' to them, it just makes me want to scream sometimes.

I seldom venture away from here - I go on the Child Support board because of hassles with the CSA and XHTB, and I went onto the Motor board as I wanted some advice, but other places are so scary :eek:

tbh I have found the other boards quite hostile sometimes when you are just asking for advice - namely the gas & elec board and the insurance board - some nasty folks on these ones from time to time.

There is somthing in the fact the BR board, and the DFW board are much friendlier places.
