Its the "we only input the fgures you and the goverment give us and that is what gives your rent /CT benefit figure" that gets me.
I had to email a complaint to get an explanation of how it was worked out to check whether it is right or wrong, but they expect you to spot if your being overpaid, my question is how????????Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….0 -

LOL ...if they made the benefits agency stuff simple then they`d have to lay-off half the benefits advisors & civil servants that make it up!!! Its in their interests to keep it all confusing & complicated!!!0
