    Its the "we only input the fgures you and the goverment give us and that is what gives your rent /CT benefit figure" that gets me.

    I had to email a complaint to get an explanation of how it was worked out to check whether it is right or wrong, but they expect you to spot if your being overpaid, my question is how????????

    Yep, I used to be able to workout exactly what I was entitled too but they change the rules so often there's no chance of knowing now.

    LOL ...if they made the benefits agency stuff simple then they`d have to lay-off half the benefits advisors & civil servants that make it up!!! Its in their interests to keep it all confusing & complicated!!!

    Actually...when I say `make it up`....I sure they don`t really & that they do a valuable & important job!! (sometimes) !:rotfl:
