Hi Phil and BLTN :hello:
I've been lurking on and off for a bit, have been doing some serious cleaning during the holidays as since before the bankruptcy I couldn't be bothered and now I finally have the time to sort it out properlyPlease don't mention Christmas, it reminds me that another birthday is creeping ever nearer *gulp*......
Take care

Sorry December..i just saw an add in todays daily mail for a chrissie decoration....good grief, we've not even had summer yet:eek:
Know what you mean about the cleaning from my days working in a school. Each summer holiday was spent spring cleaning and getting to the never ending bottom of my ironing pile:rolleyes:
Another birthday is just another years experience.:DThe first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -

Bit tied up right now (and not in a good way:sad: ) one of my OH,s creditors decided to serve a ccj court summons even though they dont have a valid agreemant:mad: , so im a bit busy swatting up on the consumer credit act and preparing a defence, whith a lot of help from CAG so i can send them packing if there daft enough to take it all the way to court:cool:
I am still keeping an eye on you lot though;)

I noticed.
Interesting and useful to follow, especially since I obviously haven't had to deal with those issues with my own (former) creditors. Although if I knew then what I know now, that might have been different.
