I guess it's easy when you know how, but how do you set google search for UK rather than the web?

underneath where you type the search terms, there are 2 radio buttons.
It says...

Search: (radio button) the web (radio button) pages from the UK

Select the pages from the UK one

Not on all browers it doesn't...I have to click on 'go to google uk' first - then it does.

If you type https://www.google.co.uk in the address bar it should take you to the UK site with the radio buttons as mentioned.

Ah yes - I was assuming https://www.google.co.uk was being used :rolleyes:

Using which browser? Using the address bar or the 'search' bar to the right?

To the others answering, depending on your ISP, Google may automatically send you to google.co.uk, even if you type google.com in the address bar (thus making the [ ] whole web, [ ] uk only radio buttons visible.

What maybe I should have said is that some time ago, via advanced search, I clicked on something so that each time I went to google to do a search, the UK button was already in situ.
