I'm not a 'lemstrich', I like Skeggy and I put sliced cucumber in my fishpaste sandwiches 'cos I'm aspirational.

    16 Hour Shifts!

nah, i'll rather just go bankrupt and start again in 6 years.

Not very good attitude, I would work all the hours as I could not live with the embarassment of going bankrupt.
What kind of message does that send out about not caring about yourself or the others that you are going to let down.

The figures I'd like to see are aged debt at 60, 90, 120 days for arrears on mortgages, CC, utility, HP etc.

I guess that the CML will delay updating for as long as possible.

Have a look on the bankruptcy board, they all congratulate each other for doing it.

You made a big song and dance a few weeks ago after telling us you'd borrowed something like £25K unsecured very easily, and I'm sure you were bigging up how you'd be paying it all back cause of your integrity.

If you do go deliberately default on your debt pile and go bankrupt, providing you lose your house or apartment, I won't mind.

That loan will be settled in 12 months at the latest.

If I wanted to deliberately bankrupt myself I would borrow as much as much as possible via loans and credit cards first. Not that I would.

Instead of going brankrupt you could always do a runner. All you need to do is stay low for 10 years (bar work in spain for cash in hand or something) and after 10 years your be in the clear.

Anyhow, you can go bankrupt for unsecured borrowings without losing your house.
