Sainsburys reduced section

Hi
Just wanted to say that its really worth having a look at the reduced section in sainsburys (or all supermarkets).
I went to the section, and they had two bags of pampers nappies which had been opened, there couldnt have been more than 2 missing in each pack. Both were priced at £5.96 instead of £8.96 and the best bit was that the original packs were 2 for £16 so i still got the couple of quid saving on top. Bargain!
There were lots of other bargains where the packaging was damaged but the goods were fine!

i always find it's either a totally random item no-one would want or just a discount of 5p or so in sainsburys..
boots however are great for opened nappies/shampoos etc, they are usually 75% off.Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0 -
i did this the other week with dairy milk that was 2 for £1.80 i think, they were out of date end of oct, reduced by 40p a bar, and still took off the extra discount.
bottled bears are good too at the mo, they have 10% off if you buy 4, i got some that were 3 for £4.20 (two lots) but it knocked the 10% off the full price as well as the multibuy reduction. excellent for xmas pressie for my grandad who loves his beer.0
