The cheapest Ixus II I can find is £280 so way above my budget of £100.
Thanks anyway0 -

I might add that 2 weeks ago they were not even getting bids at £99 when there was a large number of cameras and camcorders for sale each day.
Don't know if they are running out or whether they are restricting supply but prices are rising.
Remember postage is £5.13 and remember they add VAT to total.0 -

Thanks for your help everyone.
I think I'm going to go for the Novatech one. They won't be in stock until 3 December so I'll decide before then.0 -

I did see that, but I thought that if it was my fiance, I'd maker her wait until Xmas anyway ;D
Good luck with it, I'll keep my eye open anyway until then and drop you a message if anything else pops up.
(sad really, I've already 3 digicams and still keep up with whats going on with them...)0 -

Can't thank you enough. You've been really helpful - as has everyone.
I'm still looking to see what's out there and found a Kodak cx7330 for £90 at Pixmania.co.uk. If I take a package of the camera, 128mb card and battery charger (2500 mAh) and 4 rechargable batteries it's £123. I'm not really good with links so hope the link below works. My mum has offered to pay the extra. What do you think?
I have also heard that Jessops do price matching if you print the deal off so hopefully could save on the £9 delivery.
And you're right I won't be getting it until christmas morning anyway although with a 3 year old daughter I'd quite like to get the hang of how it works beforehand so I can capture her wee face when she sees how wonderful Santa is.

Depends if you want new or not (shouldn't really be doing this but everybody knows i don't care) but i'm moving house soon and need carpets more than hlaf the stuff i do have so i'm selling up..
I've got a Fujifilm 4700zoom that i would put on Ebay if i could get around to it. Got a 128mb memory card (will hold 4000 pics at lowest res) with it.. I paid £90 for the camera a couple of months back and probably about £30 for the memory card. If you're interest pm me, if not.... don't bother..
Don't think i have the box for it though but probably all the extras, carry case, manual, batteries and charger etc.0 -
was thinking bout £75ish and a couple of quid delivery but can probaly work something out if you're interested..
i don't look at things as money these days... a night out doesn't cost money but a chest of drawers0
