Isn't there a setting somewhere that says whether it's nectar points or other rewards in your account settings? Sorry can't remember where I saw itDealing with my debt - one click at a time0 -

Looks like you need to check your personal details on the site. There is an option there to NOT accept automatic transfer to nectar points. I have taken this option & it then shows that I can use for vouchers as well as nectar points.
However, if you already have 2000 points it seems very strange that you can't see the vouchers.
Looks like you need to contact them to sort it out.0 -
I just got my toluna £10 amazon voucher, it took 7 weeks to arrive via email, but i didn't even have to make one complaint, and i'm already up to 28k, so i hope by end of april, i'll have enough for another one.
Also for anyone interested in joining another survey site, i'd recommend palmresearch, $1 surveys everyday(you might not qualify for every single one). I've been a member for around a month now, and today i hit the payout level which is $10. If you do join then could i ask that you find my thread on this site, and use my referral link(that way i make 10% of what you make).July Wins - Stargate Universe DVD Set0 -
I'm on a lot and like 90% of the freebies I send for I never heard a thing from most. Ciao seems to work for some but personally I have never managed to complete a survey there so havent made a bean. They do seem to send out a lot. I am on Valued Opinons but they don't send many out and they don't always take you right through no matter how many questions you seem to answer you never "qualify" - in over 2 years I have JUST raised me first £10 there. What Would Bill Buchanan Do?0
