ALL THE TIME! I can understand when they ask one or two questions and are then told they don't need you as they have enough ppl in that group, but when the actually take over 15 pages/clicks to answer and do ask your opinions several times...
Con, every time. Sorry but there is no excuse for it. The worst for this I have found are Ciao (did a 25 minute survey for them before I got to the end where they asked: and for our data please can you tell me if you are male female. I answered, I got screeed out. 25 minutes...   )
I have emailed both Ciao and Valued Opinions about this, and i was told how to unsubscribe. LOL...
When you first sign up you answer loads of questions that are supposed to help them send you the right surveys in the first place. But i've had so many surveys where i've answered questions in depth and much longer than any survey i've done on Yougov, only for it to screen me out.
I rate Pinecone, Yougov and JuicyBrains, although Juicy don't send me much at all.
I've made a total of £11.50 in Juicy, £18.25 in Yougov, and probably around £34 in Pinecone.
I'm also with Lightspeed, Ciao, GlobalTestMarket, and ValuedOpinions......never been qualified for a survey for any of these even though i've wasted many hours trying, aswell as trying to give them the answers they WANT me to give and then STILL not fitting their profile!!
I've recently signed up with Toluna, and i have 7500 points in that, i've got a way to go before i hit 60k for a £10 voucher...0 -

Be careful to keep a tally of your earned points with toluna, they are really bad for not paying up points you have earnt!
Keeping a tally of the survey codes and points you are waiting for seems to help a little, though can still take months for them to get thier act together and add on the points.
I had points just swiped from my account. It took me weeks and weeks to get them added back on (all 35000 of them!!) then they vanished again, 2 days later!! I had to email again and again to get them to out them back on... I am now keeping a close eye and am out after my next voucher (which btw takes over 8 weeks to arrive-by email.)
But here's hoping they get better!
Have not long joined yougov, only have around £4 or £5 from them and done one survey since August! Will keep an eye on these for non paying/screened out surveys that take too long to screen out! thanks for the heads up, looks like the £50 minimum pay out will take a little longer then thought!0 -
YouGov seems to be a waste of time to me. Had about 3 surveys since joining months ago. At a payment rate of 50p per survey and a £50 min payout it gonna take a lifetime to reach.
Lightspeed are good as you can cashout at £5, and the points get added straight onto your account to cashout after a survey. The only bad thing with them is sometimes the points dont get added, and you get no help from customer services other than a pre-formatted reply. :dance:0 -

i bought a book the other day to start keeping track of what surveys i do and how much they pay its actually quite surprising how many companies dont add the correct amount of points or money to your account.
Be careful with toluna especially.OCTOBER/NOVEMBER WINS- HOLIDAY TO DUBAI/IPAD 2/KINDLE AND LOTS OF OTHER OTHER LITTLE BITS I LOVE COMPING!!!0 -

I keep track on all mine in a spreadsheet. I find most of the companies don't add the correct number of points, and need chasing :dance: :dance:0 -
I have made a folder in my inbox called 'completed surveys' and just transfer the emails of the ones i have completed into this folder and then delete the invite email once i have checked the points have been added to my survey accounts. I agree to keep a close eye and record re the Toluna ones as i usually have to chase them every few months for quite a few missing points. They have always added them but it takes some time for them to reply to say they have.0
