is anyone having trouble logging in to valued opinions?

I can't login to Valued Opinions either, i'm getting the following message:

"There was an internal problem and the request couldn't be performed. Please try again later!"

Has anyone had any problems with Gratis Points. I am 15 points short of being able to redeem my points but every time I try a survey I do not meet the criteria and am awarded 10 points. These points appear on my "statement" but are not going onto my actual balance. Has this happened to anyone else?

i know toluna are known to be super slow to send vouchers, but on average, how long does it take to receive them? i requested an amazon voucher a bit over a month ago and am just wondering if it's likely to take many more months (which is shocking!) or a few more weeks? or does it really vary?

My last request for L2S vouchers took 2 months to arrive. Strangely I emailed them and got standard response back but they arrived a few days later - might have just been coincidence but you never know.

From earlier comments on here it can take many months!!

Hardly a surprise Maria,I applied for the o2 beer & pie giveaway: not NI,went on some price comparison sites today: not NI and many of the surveys I attempt screen me out when I enter location as NI,the list goes on.It seems we're in the UK but not of it.Outcasts (sob).

I've joined 10 or 12 survey sites in the past couple of months and in the coming months I'm going to appraise which are working best for me,pick the top 3 or 4 and dump the rest.

I've given an awful lot of time to a few of them for little or no return,a lot of their tricks have been mentioned in this and other threads.Yesterday I fell victim to one of the old favourites,after completing 50% I was told I did not qualify and was screened out.Cute.
