I've never had any trouble with Lightspeed/mysurvey but I get Amazon vouchers, they do take a while to come through but I think it usually says that in the confirmation email.

Sorry if it's already been mentioned, I haven't read the whole thread.
Ipsos used to pay out vouchers when you got to 750 points but I looked lately and there doesn't seem to be any pay out now until you're on 1300 something. Is this right, or am I looking in the wrong place?

Yes, I think you're right. I never used to bother with the £5 ones myself as to get a £10 one was less than double the points of a £5 one IYSWIM, but, as you point out, there doesn't seem to be an option now.
