ciao are not the worst, they're my no. 1 survey site, already earned more with them than any other survey site im a member of
How do you get them to pay you points/cash
I have about £15 now pending (I keep tabs of the surveys I do) that does not include the ones that "end" 25 minutes into the survey and tell me I do not meet criterea...
I have emailed them a few times now, they keep sending me the same automated service message about how great the company is and how wonderful all the information supplied to large organisations is and thankyou for the continued support.
I have £2 in my account. It has been £2 for months now. (Since May). Despite doing and completing many many surveys since. Its not as if it went down hill- prior to May it took the best part of 8 months to get the £5 to qualify for a bank transfer which took so many weeks you begin to wonder if they are making the money with their bare hands!- Actualy longer then Toluna!(though atleast they did stick to the date they said they were)0 -

I've completed around 30 surveys with them, and have been paid $24.05 with them.
When you click the link, you should get a list of items that ask you things like;
-do you own a credit card
-been to the cinema lately
-do you own a mobile phone
-been abroad recently
-none of the above
When i click start survey on the main page i get taken to a page with those sort of options with tick boxes, for me i'd be able to place a tick in the boxes of the two bold ones, then i'd click the big black button that says "Start Survey", and then i'd get taken to a survey for that particular topic. Sometimes i qualify, sometimes i don't.
Now what may be the case, is maybe you've already completed these surveys with sites like Surveyhead/dollar surveys, as the same system is used by them too.
Let me know if this post helps, and if not, then tell us in detail what happens when you click the "Start Survey" button on the survey dashboard.July Wins - Stargate Universe DVD Set0 -

Cheers for this.
What happens is I click on the email link and it leads me to the page asking for my demographics so I fill in DOB/household income/post code etc etc.
Then it just takes me to another page saying to click here for a chance of another survey which does nothing. I dunno whats going on.
Do you visit the site daily to do surveys or do they always send you them every day?

Are you sure we're on about Ciao surveys, the greenfields/ciao survey website ? This is different from the Ciao site where you do reviews n stuff.
Have you tried putting a support ticket in and listing the surveys you've finished and should have had credit for ? I emailed them once as one survey came up on prize draw entry instead of £2. I was given credit for £1 within a day as a good will gesture and then last week noticed a manual payment of £1 on my account as well so presume it was from that.0 -

Yeah, 'fraid so- I don't write reviews on that site, (I do dooyoo instead as you don't get your reviews copied and resubmitted as someone elses that way!) and have submitted more ticket thingys then I can be bothered to count. They never deal with the problem, but thank me repeatedly for my continuation with them.
I am waiting to get to £5. I stupidly let them know this in an email, am now wondering if I have some sort of block on my account -not that they seem the least bit concerned.
I used to do all the surveys, the 10p ones etc like several a day some days. Now I just don't bother, I only do the £1 and that is how I know I am due so much.
I have asked them why I never seem to get credited anymore, but they just say its because I haven't been sucessful....that just because I get an email does not mean I qualify for the survey/mean my account is credited (well duh!), that the money is on its way...none of it ever resolves the problem.
See how long I have been doing surveys for; (since I was at Uni), I know when I qualify and when I don't, and I know a company that is badly managed and full or automated systems then 3mobile when I see one. Am on my way out of Ciao. Not even Toluna are as bad in my opinion!0
