PC Tower?

Hi my mum wants to get a new PC tower, as her is old and slow and not really upgradeable much more, she has a new monitor, keyboard and mouse etc so doesnt really need a whole PC but not having much luck finding places that sell them, just wondering if anyone has any reccomendations? Ideally would like to get it from somewhere with guarentees i.e. if there are any problems with it.
The best deal that I have found so far is on Amazon, where they have fairly decent ones from £170. PC world is slightly cheaper but they are reconditioned models so not sure how reliable they would be?
