Boots parenting club - voucher problems?

Hi,
I'm a new member of the boots parenting club and have had a few problems redeeming there offers for the free number 7 product worth up to £16.50 and also the boots medittarean pregnancy range in two of their smaller stores. Apparently this is because Boots have lots of number 7 offers on at the moment and also because the vouchers have no start date on them. If you can find a helpful member of staff then they can phone head office who tell them how to bypass the problem.

ON a positive note:

Used the 200ml Soltan offer with no problem (bought child 30+ protection with wasp deterrant for £10.19) and was told at the checkout that soltan was on buy one get one free.... I had also bought some cheap baby socks so that I did not feel guilty about buying nothing. So I got £20 worth of soltan and £5 off boots No7 range and spent £3.00 on socks!

This morning went to my local boots and got night firming cream (£16.00) and a number 7 toner for free using £5 voucher

Are boots doing the free £5 vouchers again then? What do you have to buy and what are they for this time? Thanks.

  • The SA had a problem redeeming my vouchers the other day too, she eventually put it through as a Boots voucher as the till wouldn't accept it even though it was for the correct product.

My soltan voucher didn't work either and so the sa had to get her manager to put through manually.

none of the stores round here do the med preg range either, not even the big one at birstall. did find a small tube reduced to 20p but when i asked about the range to use the voucher she said they didn't stock that range! emailed boots & got reply saying they could order something 4 me. i emailed back saying how can they order if i dont know what items are in the range & got a list of codes & unhelpful abbreviated dewscriptions back. gave up in the end & consoled myself with the free changing bag when u buy huggies!!

The 1000 extra point when you spend £30 on mini mode in magazine won't go through till either. Had to phone helpline this am to get points added.
  • How long does it take for the vouchers to come through after joining?

I joined 4 weeks ago and received my book and vouchers yesterday. I have been told by helpline that it can take up to 6 weeks after registration to receive coupons
    Fat and proud lol
  • I joined about a month ago and got my vouchers in last week.
