Not everyone will get this voucher, each person will get a variety of offers depending on their spending history. It's certainly not an automatic freebie, and it has to be in stock in the store on that day.

Goy my second voucher in 2 weeks from my local Boots for bathcream; they had none on the shelves so I asked the Store Manager and he let me have a different "flavour" instead. Defo worth checking every time,
