Try that for starters - this has e-mail and telephone details.
Are you prepared to give more details re the complaint? It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice0 -
I'm very surprised to here you have a complaint re JL.
Whatever your complaint is, go back to the store, you're complaint will be dealt with satisfactory.
JL are one of the few retailers who have an excellent customer service reputation, give them the opportunity to correct what you feel has gone wrong.
And no, I don't work for them, the above is based on me being a customer of there's.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0
