Terms:
To enter the competition, you must answer all the questions in the entry form. Freixenet will randomly choose a winner from all valid entries.
1. The prize includes 7 nights’ holiday in a villa with return flights for two people from Gatwick or Manchester airports – to the value of £1,000.
2. The prize-winner can choose their villa from a list provided (which may include villas in Spain, The Balearic Islands, Cyprus, Portugal, Crete, Turkey). The prize is non transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
3. The competition closes on the 11 July 2008. The prize-winner will be drawn and notified by the 11 August by Freixenet / James Villa Holidays.
4. The prize must be booked within six weeks of the closing date of the competition. The winner must confirm full names of all passengers to James Villa Holidays at time of booking.
5. The holiday must be taken before the 11 June 2009, but not between the following dates: 21 August and 26 August 2008; 7 April and 20 April 2009; 1 May and 5 May 2009; 22 May and 26 May 2009.
6. Spending money is not provided by James Villa Holidays or Freixenet and is the responsibility of the prize winner.
7. The Holiday is subject to availability.
8. The prize is for a villa and flights to the value of £1,000 – if the cost is higher than this, the difference must be paid at the time of booking by the winner.
9. The winner is responsible for return transfer to and from the airport.
10. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have valid passports and obtain any necessary visas/insurance for their trip.
11. No purchase necessary to enter. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over, except employees of Freixenet and its subsidiaries, James Villas and anyone professionally associated with the promotion. At least one member of the party must be over 21 years.
12. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
13. The winner’s name will be available from 11 August 2008 and will be published on the Freixenet website (www.freixenet.co.uk).
14. Freixenet’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. To participate in this promotion, users must fill in the following information: name, address and e-mail.
