I emailed the company a week ago but no reply...

I paid via Paypal too. What is the score with getting money back via Paypal?

    Hi vjain,

I am in the same predicament as yourself, paid via Paypal and nothing received, no e-mail, no glove, no confidence......

    Anyone had any joy?

Received nothing yet, ordered on the 29th and had confirmation £1 taken from credit card, so I have e-mailed today asking either for the glove or a refund or the courtesy of a reply. Not holding my breath!

I opened a paypal dispute this morning and within an hour someone from the company called me to say that my glove had been sent out this week (Probably as soon as they received the dispute if the truth be told). He asked if I would close the dispute and I told him I will - When I receive the glove. So if you paid by paypal and are having no joy then I would recommend opening a dispute to give them a kick up the butt!

:A Why do people ask for thanks? If it's deserved it will be given!:A

I was starting to get a bit worried as hadn't received my glove but it's just come in the post today.

Both my husband and I ordered one each (paid separately) on 29 June and they've both turned up in the post today.

    Very pleased and relieved!:rotfl:

  • Got mine too today. No dispute! My daughter will be so pleased as it has pink on it and all her golf stuff is pink. Vouchers came too so I think she will use those.:j
