as a man i am no expert on these things, but might be worth ditching the makeup- is that a possible cause

(clogged pores- no way for heat to escape?)

also drink more water , and wear less clothing..

err, that doesnt sound how i meant - try looser, natural fabrics.

How about trying some blotting papers. I know Mac, Clinique and Body Shop do them. Some have added powder to control shine. For the MSE version, try and track down the cheap evil tracing paper toilet roll that you had at school. Blots up oil brilliantly.
  • I have had these from boots and the body shop - both were very good!

i got some blotting paper off ebay after my skin got REALLY greecy, they were great (and very cheep for lots, they came in from china or japan but postage was still cheep) but changing skin care products solved majority of the problem

Skin clear oil absorbing sheets from boots are great.
They are £3.50 for 50 but are on offer for 2 for £4 at the moment.
I can highly recommend them :)
