Has anyone used NACSA or Child Support Solutions before please?

Options
It's my first post, so please be kind!
I am at my witts end with trying to get somewhere with the CSA for various reasons, and I wondered if anyone had used any of these people at all successfully. I was just googling around and thought I'd ask
Are they as good as a solicitor for example? I am in Scotland if that makes a difference.

Try posting here, you may get some help? NACSA are very good though. Don't go for a solicitor as they are very expensive and not many can actually help as there are very few experts in child support legislation.

    Hi Mary and welcome

as Kellogs says, feel free to post your question on here, Kellogs is very knowledgeable and there are loads of people with different experiences on this forum who will be willing to share their advice and information
  • I used Child Support Solutions based in Birmingham and found the service absolutely atrocious, awful and appauling! I ended up using Mike Smith at Durham Legal Services. He knows what he is talking about.

I beg to differ with you on DLS, Stephen Lawson was appaulled by the info/advice (which was duff) that Mike Smith from DLS gave us,(but our case was very complex) Stephen was fabulous, but as Kelloggs says, as he is the 'best' in his field, he is very expensive.

NACSA are very knowledgeable and are well worth the subscription fee, they are also experts and know their stuff
  • NACSA are extremely knowledgeable and I'd highly recommend them anyday.

I totally agree with CSS, they were dreadful and extremely unprofessional and i paid over a £1000 to them, what a waste of my money!!

They have now moved from their offices, i really hope they have gone out of business!!

    Awful Company!
