I get life insurance (not tied in with mortgage) for £9 per month. I went to Marks & Spencers through one of the cashback sites (can't remember which one it was), shop around and see what cashback offers are available at the moment. That would be quite a big saving.
As for the mobile I'm sure you can negotiate a better contract with them. They are usually able to discuss renewing contracts 3 months prior to the end of the contract, you could maybe get a cheaper deal and a new phone which you could flog on e-bay!!!!0 -
I did go via the site Martin Recommended......and that was the best one.....£200K @ £29.30 fixed for 25 Yrs with Legal and General....I couldn't find CIC on its own?0

Strange, I'm trying to interest my son in taking out life insurance, and I've just cut out a newspaper advert to send him showing Legal and General claiming £100,000 life cover for a 24 year old non smoking female for just £6 per month.
Makes yours look expensive by comparison.
