Help re. faulty camera.

Please can you help? Have looked at trading standards site but still not sure of my rights re. accepting offer of a repair.....

Bought a digital camera from Jessops 10 months ago. Has developed a fault and shop has said it must be sent to Nikon to see if they can repair it, if they can't repair it they will replace it. If they can repair it the repair will be guaranteed for 3 months only. I'm concerned that if it's gone wrong in 10months then it may do so again after repair. Can I demand a replacement camera? or refund?

i think the nikon warrenty will say that they are entitled to repair or replace - which ever they decide to be most economical to them
you can download the warrenty from jessops here:
