My postie just delivered this to me and I feel major major sick after eating half of it

Now, considering it's been posted, it's actually held up quite well!
One of your OS'ers made this, and its down right LOVELY, not that I want to eat anymore for a good while!! Will hurl if I look at anymore
But, as this worked, and it's lovely....any ideas what I should request next!?
Whats really quite difficult to make?
This is the first home baked cake thats been in my house since I owned it, near 2 years, so thats why I'm quite excited, but also, wanted to show someones cake off
So yer, ideas of what to request next would also be lovely

Wow, I never thought of posting cakes before. I make them, but never thought of posting them. For some reason I didn't think you could!
Carrot cakes can be tricky to make sometimes (although I love 'em) - how about one of those? What is in that one, anyway?

That one is carrot cake, a sweet one!! And I get chocolate sprinkles cus I don't like walnuts!
It's just a bit banged up cus it was wrapped and then sent!
Post your cakes to me if you like

Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0

Haha this reminds me, my dear departed mil used to take great pride in sending her home made rich fruit cakes through the post, they were so heavy they cost more to post, than it would have cost to buy one from our local baker. Course we never hurt her feelings by telling her - and they were fairly edible.0

My then-boyfriend's mum made us a "galaktoboureko" while we were at university - and posted it from Greece! It was lovely.
Oh the good old days - she'd regularly send him food parcels with meatballs, barbecued goat, spinach and feta pies, chocolates, etc.
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it

made us a "galaktoboureko"
That sounds a bit tasty, how did she pack it to stop the filo breaking? Anyway I would have thought a good candidate for Graham's list.0 -

It was wrapped in silver foil and then in a shoe box. It was a sticky affair by the time it reached us - but after a few hours in the fridge, it was hastily devoured.

*grins* What a great cake! I'm feeling inspired to bake now.
Might do my nice fruitcake where I soak the dried fruit in whatever leftover wine there is at the end of a barbecue (there's usually always a little bit). 0
