Halifax Easycash problems

Can anyone help with a problem I have with my easycash account?
I opened it up last month - have internet access and my cash card - and up until yesterday when I went on line it was showing as enquiry service only which I was told was becasue no money had been deposited into it.
Yesterday my salary was credited to the account but still it was showing as an enquiry service only only to be told that becasue it was the first deposit, it would take 24 hours before I could withdraw any money.
Today I've gone online and its still showing as enquiry service only ....so can I go shopping today or not?

I think Halifax are having problems with their online service today- I've had trouble logging in and viewing my accounts.Don't suffer alone - if you are experiencing Domestic Abuse contact the National Domestic Abuse Helplines

Thanks everyone....I gave them a ring and two minutes later my account was active - thanks to a very nice lady who also activated my cashcard.
