Has anyone else kept track of ALL the goodies they bought, either for themselves or to pass on to others/
And the total original cost and the actual purchase price....or am I the only sad finance person on this thread?
and i thought i was the only sad person on here doing that ! ::)
Had to give up doing it in week two though........ as it was starting to depress me ,when i realised i never spent as much money before i became a moneysaver"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page."

Seriously though....we sourced our mortgage from MSE, we regularly 'tart' our credit cards and are generally very pleased with what we have saved since visiting this site.
ALSO......I can (and do) easily spend £3 - 4k on Christmas every year, so to have kept it to under £1.5k is a major saving for me ;D
Did I point out that I'm one of nine children, hubbies one of eleven, we have four kids, one grandaughter, loads of nieces, nephews, great neices, great nephews.......suddenly £1.5k just doesn't seem enough
Note my little message at the bottom.....my husband says...etc0 -
