strange e-mail ? Virgin Vie

I got an e-mail from Virgin Vie telling me about the comp
but it said
''PETER MAKIN
has recommended that you take a look at this competition for the chance to win a holiday to The Body Holiday at LeSPORT in St Lucia with Virgin Vie At Home! ''
(who is Peter Makin?)
it also said
''This email was sent to you by: ANTONETTECLARKE@HOTMAIL.COM''
& who is Antionette Clarke?
anyone else had this?
Im baffles as I dont know them?
however I entered again & won a £10 voucher :T
but it said
