£9.43 for me today - two small ebay sales and one green met sale

Was going to do some ebay tonight but just found out that my nan's brother has died so don't feel like it now. Maybe tomorrow when I'm feeling more inclined to bother

I've had a couple of difficult days with my kids having scarlet fever...they're not inclined to help me save when they're needing cheered up! However, I have sold my 6 items listed on ebay so when I work out how much fees come off I'll add that. :D

Also, am going to order shopping online for the first time so will post that saving/ cashback.

I've also got a couple quid in Pigsback & £4 ish in Onepoll so maybe next month will b able to use those.
:rotfl: Kareful K (careful from now on!):rotfl:
    Onepoll £6.85, Pigsback 105points, Pinecone £9.00, Quidco £3.33
    Credit Cards £3200  Overdrafts £[STRIKE]5550 [/STRIKE]£4550:mad: Catalogue £[strike]698[/strike] £205 :mad:Suite [STRIKE]£898[/STRIKE] £362
    Credit Union Savings = £200 - Loan = £400
5 payments then Savings = £300 less interest!!!

Evening all, sounds like everyone is doing a good bit of moneysaving and making. I have made £10 today from a mystery shop so very pleased. However i don't have many more shops lined up so will have to start looking at other ways to make money! I haven't done surveys in a while so may have to get back to that, seem to get screened out most of the time at the mo though!

I've just come across a great money saving thread in Home, work and play and thought it might help some of us save money for this challenge: eg taking packed lunches to work, loyalty points, walking to work instead of driving. Lots of ideas so far and I have only read page 1 of 6 http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1021587

Don't really understand how this works.

If I get a cheque back from my mobile phone for £110 does this count?

Today my son had seen some trainers in town for £47 I've got them on ebay for £40 (£35 + £5 postage) they should have been £39.99 + £5.00 postage but I made a best offer that was accepted. Do I count £7 which is what i've saved if we just went and bought them in town or the £4.99 from the best offer saving?
    GC Jan £318/£350, Feb £221.84/£300, Mar £200.00/£250 Apr £201.05/£200 May £199.61/£200 June £17.25/£200

Some of us count savings and some don't so its entirely up to you NW. If I am buying something anyway and save some money on it then I definately count it

  • £8.32 profit from Ebay sales. 2 out of the 3 items I had listed have sold, 1 for the whopping sum of £8 which is my highest price paid so far. I must be the only person on Ebay buying things and then selling them for a loss:mad: Not that I'm buying things specifically to sell on, I buy for my DD's and unfortunately they don't fit them, so I relist them to try and recoup my money.
