Settling a CCJ

I have an old CCJ with Anglian Water (long story and basically my fault) but I need to settle it,
Rang the court, they said ring Anglian Water, can't get hold of them and have been reading bits about extra costs being added after a CCJ has been iissued.
The amount is £661 just want to know how to settle it please?

Once settled how long does it take for my credit file to improve? It has dropped from Fair to poor and I have no idea why all my agreements are paid up to date etc and it was fine until recently?
