Yeah i have been this for about a year. Its really good. Little program that monitors all your usage, up/down stream
You can also put your bandwidth limit and the program will notify you when you get close to exceeding it, and your predicted usage if you continue as you are.
I have not found a program as good as this before. Its got a nice interface, for a 602kb download its well worth it
