I just bought a netbook with win 7 starter, I use a few apps where the window on the app cannot be resized and sometimes the "apply" button is at the bottom below my taskbar, with my old laptop and full win 7 I could expand the taskbar up so the window resized but you cant do that with starter, any ideas to overcome this?
