Hi, I'm hoping someone might be able to give me some consumer advise regarding a new laptop and comet/fujitsu trying to potentially charge me £100. Internet Explorer has encountered a problem .....

Can't use return key
Help! All of a suddenm when I press my return key, the laptop brings up an "Edit Plan Settings" box, all about power saver, etc. This happens if I'm trying to use return to mean OK, and in word documents, but oddly not when I'm typing this message. Does anyone know how to put it right? Many thanks.
