I've lost my toolbars.
Google toolbar gone as is the yahoo toolbar. If I right click the toolbar they are greyed out and if I right click on any forms the 'Fill form' bit is no longer there. The roboform right mouse click option has gone too. Apart from using Sys Restore, how do I get them back?

static shocks off laptop :(
Any suggestions on this one? *everytime* (I exaggerate not :D ) I pick up my laptop to move it (which is a few times a day because I literally use it on my lap) I get a static shock.
