how do you cook your turkey?
we just bought a turkey for the first time in a few years. anytime we have had it in the past it has gone dry. its 4.2kg so i think it should defrost (in a cold room) for 24hrs and then be cooked for 3-4hrs. i was thinking of putting streaky bacon on to stop it drying out? how do you cook yours?
