Are R85 now unecessary
As interest will be paid gross from April 2016. Would non taxpayers still need to fill in a R85 on an account opened today if interest is paid on anniversaries ie. Nov 16 but would have to if paid say within this tax year Feb16 2016 and again every Feb after.

They have a really good cashback deal at the moment, where you get £250 if you lend £5,000 for 6 months, which I could afford to do. My Ftse fund fell 3.5% yesturday, confused
The Ftse allshare index went up yesterday, admittedly by a very small amount. Yet my Vanguard FTSE All Share Index Fund Inc (VVAAAM) went down by 3.5% the same is true to a lesser extent with the developed world ex uk (inc) too.
