Standard Life Allocation
I am a little bit unclear as to the allocation of shares under the retail offer, ie i am buying as a non-customer of Standard Life. Ruffler Bank savings
Hi all, reading a previous thread I discovered the savings offers from Ruffler Bank plc. They seem to have notice deposits and fixed bonds at very attractive rates (for example for the 12-months notice deposit they offer an AER of 5.72%; for the 6 months notice 5.46%):…

Selling M&S share on 18-Aug
M&S decides to give bouns to its staff, which staffs could choose cash or shares. Lloyds Registar would act on behalf of all its staffs to buy the shares on 18-Aug. At this time, we are not sure how many people decide to buy share, and how much the amount in total. But I think it would push the share price anyway....

I've seen so many fixed rate investment bonds from High Street Banks & Building Societies at over 5%, but is this the best…
