Just to confirm, is the latest advice in NI to ignore ECP parking charge notices, as the registered keeper or to use their online appeal procedure to kick start the process of getting a PCN cancelled? I read the FAQ but couldn't spot a definitive on it, sorry if I've missed it in my tired state :#
