Exel Parking - County Court Proceedings
My alleged contravention dates back to August 2013. I think I may have ignored the original charge after reading advice to do so. I heard nothing for years, but over the past months have had a couple of letters from BW Legal asking me to pay ridiculous amounts. I did not contact them. Now I have been issued with court…

PCN appeal rejected
Hi I've received my first ever ticket, and having read through the sticky I'm not sure if I've done the right thing. My hubby took my car to drop bags off at the charity shop. He had 1/2 during his lunch to drive into town, park, get to the shop, and get back to work. He parked in the pay and display, & tried to buy a…

Euro Car Parks POPLA Appeal
Hello I would be really grateful if anyone could help me out, I have had a read of and tried to follow the newbie thread but I'm really not sure where to go from here. Basically, I park nearly every week in the Sheffield city centre ECP so I can take my toddler to the library. I normally put 1 hour in as this is sufficient…

Euro car parks (handling charges)
I have my appeal letter which was turned down. I find that the parking charge off £60 requested is subject to a handing fee if I don't pay using the automated telephone number. £1.50 for credit/debit cards or £2.50 for cheque payments. Is this legally allowed. The printout they sent me stating charges payable if I don't…

Parkign eye
I have just been to the local town centre with the mrs. You get 2 hours free parking, but I reckon from entering to leaving I was probably in there for maybe 2 hours 5 minutes (probably more like 2-3 minutes over the 2 hours). I never knew there was a limit to be honest, the plan was to nip in to take something back and…

Got a Parkingeye PCN a unique argument?
Hi all, I have received a parking ticket from parkingeye in Morrisons as I failed to pay the £2 per 2 hour charge (I stayed for 1 hour and 30 mins) I simply forgot to pay the charge. Parking Eye Scotland
My son received a Parking charge notice through the post from Parking Eye with photos of his car entering and leaving the car park at a Holiday inn. Is it still safe to ignore these notices in Scotland? I have been reading conflicting advice about Parking eye taking people to court following the Beavis case.
