Paying Holiday by credit card
I have already paid the deposit (£204) for my holiday in Italy for 2 people by credit card. This included the 2% credit cardhandling fee. The balance is now due and the travel agent wants a further 2% on the balance if I pay by credit card. I know I will have some comeback if I pay the whole holiday by credit card but if I…

Booking on AA.com
I was looking at American Airline flights from London to New York in October, they were showing at around £390 on AA's UK site, however if you looked on their US site, they came in at around £310 after conversion. Is there anything to stop me buying these flights on the US site?

My UK passport is seriously crumpled (could fix with a heavy book+time) and about one inch of the corner of the picture page has peeled off the plastic. It's one of the new style passports and I'm certain that the chip in the back will still work. However I've heard that damaged passports can be refused at the airport...…

A warning to anyone flying with Lufthansa
Last week, I booked 4 airline tickets through Lufthansa for a total of approximately £1200, using my Visa debit card. The following day they took 4 seperate payments from my bank account (a seperate payment for each ticket!), which correctly amounted to the same total agreed on the previous day’s booking. I then noticed…
