I booked 5 flights to Cancun from Manchester in November with Flightline and was phoned yesterday to be told that Monarch had cancelled all their flights there from Manchester. Flightline contacted AVRO (through whom the tickets had been booked) and said that AVRO would offer me a refund but not alternative flights. I…

I am looking at booking a holiday to Orlando in April next year. I normally book our holidays this far in advance to get good rates and as an encouragement to save throughout the year (as well as try to keep the pounds off). Hertz Car Hire - USA
Has anyone hired a car through Hertz from Orlando Airport? There is nothing on their website that defines the cost of additional drivers, other than "it varies by destination". I have emailed them to ask, but have had no reply. Just thought I'd ask here before phoning them, if anyone knows what the cost is.

We need to be there about 7am on Friday April 4th returning about 10pm Friday May 1st and it seems really expensive at £30 each on the train! We’re travelling in the early hours so I thought it’d be cheap, but it seems to be more expensive!
