Hello all, As i have indicated in the subject line, my girlfriend is moving into my flat next month. Do i have to notify my lender? I believe that my girlfriend will have to sign a declaration stating that in case the house is repossessed, she will have to leave the house straight away. Is that correct? thanks and regards
