Loan for deposit
Hi We are homeowners with a low negative equity at the moment but planning to move to a bigger house. Thinking to top up our saving with an unsecured loan. Loans for £7-10k appear to be at a lower interest than our current mortgage at the moment. Thinking to take out a personal loan, put it on a saving account and use it…

Mortgage Broker
Hello everyone, I have been in discussion with a couple of mortgage brokers and have a couple of questions: Firstly, how much should we expect to pay in fees? I know this is an extremely vague question as each case is different. Adverse credit so I'm going to assume more than standard. As an example one broker has said…

Joint mortgage to single.
Hi. I am looking to remortgage. Our joint debt to income ratio is high. Mine individually is lower, and the mortgage required is roughly 2.5 times my salary. If I was to remortgage to a new lender as a sole application. What would be the worst case scenario for my wife. I assume God forbid, if we were to seperate, then she…

Nationwide blues
Has anyone experienced problems with Nationwide which have been successfully rectified by their Complaints Dept? I have endured a succession of errors made by a Nationwide mortgage consultant which by acting on their advice has resulted in me being out of pocket to the tune of thousands.

Hi there My mum would like to move to London to be closer to us and her grandchildren and we would very much like that too.
