We had just sold one house (long story) and were porting that mortgage over with Nationwide to the new one. Maximum they will lend us is 85% because we have another…

Any know of a resource of actual mortgage interest rates?
I have found this resource on the BOE website http://www.bankofengland.co.uk/mfsd/iadb/Repo.asp but wondered what the actual market prices were, not the BOE base rate. Any where I can see this online anywhere? Or is it just advisable to slap a 3% on top of these base rates to get the standard high street bank rate.
