Is Co-Op Lifetime Tracker @ 2.99 a good deal?
Hi, Is this deal any good? It's a no fee 2.99 variable (Bank of England Base Rate plus 2.49%) for the life time of your mortgage. You only need a current account with Co-Op to be eligible? It doesn't appear in any of the best buys pages though ?!?!?! Thoughts please? Thanks, Carl

Virgin One to Fixed Rate Or Not?
I have been with The One Account for the best part of a decade and to be fair despite the ups and downs the account has served us well and as it track the base rate is currently very cheap for us.
